Blogging Resolutions 2016

This 2016, I’m creating multiple resolutions for myself. Blogging, personal, and as an artist. I’m starting with the blogging resolutions because I think it’s easier to visualize. I know what I want for my blog, and I have an idea on how to get it. A bit more effort is all it needs, really. Unfortunately, effort = time and that I don’t have much. Aside from my countless hobbies, trips, and my day job, sometimes (I admit guiltily) blogging has taken the lower priority.

I haven’t been blogging long, but I sure as hell want to do it for a long time! Like I said before, it really is super duper uperuper fun!

Sooooooo, here is my blogging resolution for 2016!

1) Every Wednesday is #WardrobeWednesday.

It’s time for me to start scheduling my posts and be consistent with my content blogging-wise. It’s been said that consistent posting of articles helps the flock of people to come into your loving blogger arms. Embrace the consistency, embrace the people. Also, fashion is an easier topic for me to dwell on. And #ootds are super fun to take photos of!

2) Practice writing

I’m not much of a writer, I know. I’m fairly well trained in the art of the English language but I don’t have the beautiful subtleties of wonderful writers who pen marvelous, witty, addictive content. I have a nice grasp in vocabulary and grammar, or at least I think so. But it isn’t enough for me. I want to be able to capture the attention of the audience and get them to. Stay. With. Me. Forever. #clingy

3) Add more production value to my photos

Which means, practice photography, too! More effort with backgrounds, content, compostion, etc. I may want to mix things up more to see what feel I really want for the photos of my blog. In the three months I’ve been blogging, I know that this is still my experimental stage where I look for how I think I want the feel of the website should be and I’m going to use this year too for more dandy experimenting.  ~*ART*~

I don’t want to add too much on my plate so I’m stopping at three. But, MAAAAAN, these three would be a handful. It’ll deff take lots of discipline and guilt trips to fulfill this. No lazing about this year! I do hope that I’ll stick to these three resolutions until December.

Wow! December is so far off! Can I really stick to my resolutions?? Stay tuned after 366 days (because 2016 is a leap year!) on whether or not I succeed~!
