So you want to learn how to not gain weight this holiday season. Last Christmas (I gave you my heart) I tried to not gain weight. I followed a few rules I set for myself, and guess what? After a set rules, and trying really hard to follow it, I had succeeded in it! Yeyyy! This time, I’m pretty confident in sharing my rules and advice so you, too, can not gain weight this Holiday Season. Or maybe, even lose weight!
I’ve recently started working out. One day, my sister messaged me to try out KFit. I did, and I was instantly in love with it. If you’re into getting healthy, fit, and great deals, I totally recommend kFit. What’s kFit anyway, bruh?
This was meant to be a “How to” post. But since I can’t assure the results because I’ve never tried it before, and well, everyone I asked for advise on how to not gain weight this Christmas season laughed at my face (with spit flying in all directions because apparently not gaining weight during the holidays is the funniest joke ever) and told me it was not possible. At all. Like, don’t even hope.
So being masochistic as I am, I took it upon myself to try it so you guys won’t have to.
