So you want to learn how to not gain weight this holiday season. Last Christmas (I gave you my heart) I tried to not gain weight. I followed a few rules I set for myself, and guess what? After a set rules, and trying really hard to follow it, I had succeeded in it! Yeyyy! This time, I’m pretty confident in sharing my rules and advice so you, too, can not gain weight this Holiday Season. Or maybe, even lose weight!
Located in Leonard Wood Road, just beside the Safari Lodge and Museum, Steak and Waffles stands upon the hill side overlooking the street below. Just beside it is Pine Country Bed and Breakfast that caters to many family as their guests.
I tried Steak and Waffles because it was right there beside Safari Lodge(where I spent the night). We didn’t want to travel far for lunch and we had heard good things about it from the locals.
We scourged Kuala Lumpur for Dishes to try and eat during our stay there. For four days, we tried street food, different cuisines, and a lot of different flavors. But there were 5 that topped my list that you guys should also try when going to KL. These are my absolute top favorite dishes to try in Kuala Lumpur.
Bulgogi Brothers is a Korean Restaurant that is quite in the higher end of the spectrum in terms of restaurants. Being part of the Bistro Group of restaurants, we enjoyed their 10% off of food and drinks.

Jack’s Joint really doesn’t sound like a Persian food place, but right now, it definitely tops my chart as one of the best that carries insanely delicious and affordable kebabs.
I’m absolutely in love with the food in Singapore. My favorite is the roast duck. They serve it with steaming rice, greens and this delicious soup-broth-sauce thing. My next favorite would be the hot spicy seafood filled laksa. Oh dear Zeus. Just thinking about it is making my mouth water. I get it in a place called Bugis, the Singaporean hawker center.
I love Japanese food, but cooking is sometimes a pain. I had made a few dishes that require little effort and maximum yummy goodness. Here is my easy lazy method of making Zaru Soba.
